As we settle down for lunch in his usual spot (“that’s my seat”) I ask him to describe the weekly schedule. “We have a wonderful greeter… what’s her name?” he asks his assistant who’s seated with us. “Jenna,” he nods, steepling his French-manicured fingers, his cheekbones as teenybop-wowing as they were two decades ago, when Bros were selling 16 million records and packing out Wembley Stadium. “Jenna comes to greet us at the door. Oh, right, first of all, one of my drivers from Caesar’s is there at the airport waiting for us. They’re my friends. Make you immediately feel like you’re home. Go straight to the limo. One of the VIP hosts meets us. It’s all very civilised.” As for interviews, Goss tells me “they don’t really feel like interviews anymore, they feel like conversations. So I don’t really edit what I say, or think about what I say.”
