I live here http://beegbeegporn.in.net/ beeg What you're basically saying is that you are punishing the child for the actions of their parents. Yes, parents should be responsible. But, we all know they don't always do what we think they should, or aren't able to for whatever reason. So, according to your philosophy, let the child live hungry, without adequate housing or medical attention because of decisions their parents made. This is the exact reasoning Repubs are criticized in this regard. "Once the child is born-not going to give a crap, because their parents are poor and decided to have them anyway!"
