Where does it state that opposition to a standing law can be used as weapon to paralyze the entire government? Does this mean that anyone who has a gripe against any or all the laws in existence can do the same. If the 'baggers were able to pull this off, does that mean they will then go back after all the laws they feel are "socialistic" or "communistic" or "unconstitutional" and do the same thing? When a bunch of puffed up extremists openly state that they want to do away with all government except what physically protects them, and then moves to do exactly that, is that constitutional? Is that the way America was founded? Is that patriotic?
