An accountancy practice http://pron.in.net/ pron video I would offer an additional perspective on this. Rich goals are how you maximize shareholder value. Robustness is how you build efficient systems. These are complementary values, not conflicting ones. It is far more efficient to maintain infrastructure, for example, than to defer maintenance until emergency repairs are necessary. In order for something to be efficient, it has to accomplish the goal. Failing to meet the goal isn’t cost-effective; it’s fraudulent.
