i'm fine good work http://wifelovers.in.net/ angel wife lovers On the other hand zero hours contracts may not achieve a fair balance between the employer and the employee as it is up to the employer to offer the employee work (which is not guaranteed). This may suit some but not those who need to know what their budget is in order to meet their monthly expenditure. It would perhaps be more suitable and preferable if employees had a guaranteed minimum hours contract instead, as although this would still only offer a low level of working hours, it would afford some flow of work to employees.
