Nothing unusual about that, Jason said, as we all watched Daniel and Rhys bombing around the track. “We often ride together. We did 23 miles one day near York, and the grandparents came along that day too. Cycling gives us a good day out, and we’ve enjoyed watching the boys in their cyclo-cross races over the winter too. Cycling keeps us all fit, active and outdoors. Suzanne and I both work in cardiothoracic medicine, so we realise first hand how important that is.”
